Email Flow has two pricing structures:

Email Flow Enterprise

This is designed for companies with list sizes of 100,000 emails to five million who are sending regularly (up to 240 million emails a year). This is a bespoke priced product and depends on the size of your database.

We will evaluate your system requirements, support levels required, see if there is any bespoke work required and then give you an unbeatable price. This will be in the form of a monthly fee.

Support: Full technical support with a dedicated account manager

Email Flow Pro

This is designed for companies with up to 100,000 email addresses in their database. We price this based on a minimum database size of 5,000 and charge £30 per 1000 records hosted with us.

Support: By email. Telephone support can be purchased at an extra cost

Contract Periods

All contracts run on a 12 month basis.

Consultation

We know that the key to good email deliverability is work on your deliverability constantly. We evaluate your requirements and include a basic monthly consultancy into your package. However, for those companies that are serious about sending we recommend you take up extra consultancy on a regular basis.
